You must have a confirmed reservation or training session. We do not accept "walk ups" but we do welcome "drop ins" as long as you have your reservation! If you want to schedule a private session outside our schedule, please contact us.
CrossFit U Do U is not your ordinary gym. We offer a program that works and our athletes can prove it. That is why we always encourage people to come see what our athletes have accomplished, and not just take our word for it. We are proud of our athletes who have dropped 100+ pounds, run endurance races, ran their first 400 meter run, competed in a CrossFit event, and even accomplished their first pushup.
